Professional relocation with family is delicate and has lots of moving parts. Though we considered the web for an agent, our lender connected us with Niña. She listened to our needs and wants and communicated like a pro. We wanted to upgrade for family, but less of a cookie-cutter home. We knew repairs would be needed and Niña provided lots of helpful referrals for contractors. She knows the market moment to moment, is knowledgeable in transaction details, and put herself in our shoes, researched schools for us, made sure our family felt safe and comfortable.

Niña made everything easy. We needed to feel that she had our back.  We had set limitations with our boys. One has Autism. Niña loves our boys when they’re not at their best and even babysits for us. She loves our kids which means a lot. Nina was patient as we looked through many houses to meet our needs. She had our best interests at heart and had our back.

Everything with Angela was positive. She was always patient and available. She seemed like she was there to take care of us and get us the perfect house, not just a sale. She would meet with me and then later when my husband could go back and see the property.

A previous realtor we tried constantly fought with us about issues. It just did not work. We wanted someone who would not lean one way or the other, but focus on what “we” wanted, not what she wanted.  Angela is a good listener. We felt not just heard, but understood. 

One of the people in the transaction messed up and lied about it. Angela stepped up, sorted it out and fought them for us and made them fix things. We highly recommend her.

It’s scary when you don’t know what to do and you have to trust people.

Had a realtor, very complicated to work with, we’d like a house and it’d take a week, and then she’d cancel our appointments. She lived in Dallas and it was not really close to where we were looking so it became a real issue. We found Nina at an open house and began working with her.

She seems to always be available for us. It was clear that she wanted to be there. She wasn’t pushy about buying even though we were not buying a house in a very high price range. Knowledgeable and trustworthy was important to us. You want your realtor to be honest. We didn’t know what to do. 

We didn’t have a lender yet and Niña asked us who we wanted to deal with. Since we had no one, she gave us three different personality options and we totally enjoyed working with him, too.

We LOVE the home that was built just for us. 

Buying a home made us nervous. It’s so much pressure. If we made a bad decision, we would be stuck unless we sold it and started again. We wanted a safe place for my niece to visit, close enough to work in a nice neighborhood. I knew from working at a real estate firm that we needed a professional – someone who knew the area.

It was also important that we had someone who would be able to deal with our relationship and not have any issues with it. She was always available to meet, answered all of our questions, even came to our apartment for our first consultation.
